This module takes you through the legal framework in which vessels operate, from international to local legislation, including the roles of flag state, port state and classification societies. It covers vessel registration, survey schemes, MLC and the ISPS Code, and there is also a section on more advanced law for Mates and Masters.

The price given here (£20) is for one month but there are discounts available for longer terms and for Cadets. Two months is £35 and three is £50. Cadets are offered a further discount, so one month is £10, two is £15 and three is £20.
