Safety & ISM Code - WhitehorseAI (GK006.AI)

Description
This version of the Safety & ISM Code module pairs our in-depth and up-to-date eLearning resources with our revolutionary AI Personal Tutor and our podcast series, powered by WhitehorseAI.

Whether for routine or high-risk operations, safe working practices are vitally important for the safe operation of vessels of all sizes across the maritime industry. Yet, working safely doesn’t occur within a vacuum; there needs to be a culture of professionalism and prioritising safety throughout the organisation, backed up by rigorous risk assessments, procedures and training.

The above is underpinned by the requirements of the International Safety Management (ISM) Code, which requires that all onboard activities occur within a structured system to ensure that activities are risk assessed, planned and carried out in accordance with that plan.

Developed in partnership with the Marine Society, this module contains everything that you need to know about safety management, the ISM Code and best practice for key work activities as per COSWP.
